Reporting to: Deputy Director of Planning & Development
Grade: 10
Salary: starting at £25,929 per annum (35 hours per week)
Base: Gravesend

The Port of London Authority is the statutory harbour authority for the tidal Thames.
This is a great opportunity to be part of an exciting team by assisting in the provision of a high-quality responsive service to the Planning & Development Department and its internal and external customers and stakeholders.
We are looking for an experienced administrator able to develop, implement and maintain processes, with experience of reviewing, writing, analysing and updating intranet and internet pages and experienced user of IT packages, such as Microsoft Office.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to multitask, good written and well-developed verbal communication skills, good interpersonal skills.
The ability to work as a team player and willing to take on new tasks and skills, a proactive self-starter able to take ownership of duties.
This post is a full-time role and on a permanent basis.
