Salary: Up to £30,000 a year plus benefits
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday
We are looking for a Sales Executive to assist with the delivery of the Sales Objectives for the company’s Charter and Cruise business.
You’ll work with the Head of Sales and other members of the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets as well as developing relationships with riverside venues, hotels and relevant agencies.
Building strong relationships with clients, you’ll manage private hire enquiries and bookings and proactively promote private hire and cruise services.
Assisting the Head of Sales in the delivery of cruise commitments, you’ll ensure a high standard of service is provided to cruise operators calling at the Central London Cruise Moorings.
Representing Uber Boat by Thames Clippers to promote private hire and cruise services, you will regularly attend meetings, conferences, and networking events making relevant contacts.
You’ll brief and work closely with our operational teams and other departments within the business to ensure charters ae delivered to our clients expectations.
We are looking for someone who has experience in a customer facing role who has excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
As a self-starter with the ability to use your own initiative, you’ll also have the ability to work flexibly as part of a team.
Ability to network is essential both internally and externally and a commitment to providing customer service of the highest standard is a must.
Where: You’ll be based at our offices at Clipper House, Trinity Buoy Wharf, London E14 0JY, a short walk from Canning Town tube or a hop across the river on our staff boat, from North Greenwich tube.
