JOB SUMMARY
This role is based on nightshift and works in close collaboration with the Engineering and Vessel Appearance team at Trinity Buoy Wharf to deliver a safe working environment and safe, efficient vessels.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Current clean driving licence (C1)
- Relevant experience of working in medium to heavy industrial environments.
- Experience working on or around vessels desirable.
- Knowledge of completing vessel oil logs books or similar.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cleaning of all voids on board vessels including engine rooms.
- Maintaining vessel oil log books.
- Support with the discharge of blackwater waste from vessels as required to shore.
- Oversee the delivery of fuel from suppliers ensuring all H&S procedures are adhered too.
- Support engineers in keeping area clean and tidy.
- Support the Vessel Appearance with cleaning tasks as required.
- Undertake driving duties to facilitate collection and delivery of parts and equipment and assist in movement of crew between Tilbury and Trinity Buoy Wharf.
- Undertake any other relevant duties or reasonable request as requested by the HOD and any member of the senior management team.

LOCATION AND TRAVEL
This role is based at Trinity Buoy Wharf (TBW). Occasional travel to dry dock (Tilbury) and occasional travel to key suppliers may be required.
